So i know you can add tattoos to sims when you make a new i tried this myself and i was able to change/add/remove tattoo's sims 4 tattoos.. Please note: these screens were taken from the sims 4 create a sim demo. more content will be included in the original game. tattoos male (10) female (16) makeup male female skin details.
